Cardinal Seller Assistance
It can be very disheartening and frustrating to list any aircraft for sale. There are a lot of calls, but many of them are people who want the airplane at half price, wish to talk down your pride and joy or simply hope for a free airplane ride. Many times sellers have told me that if this buyer doesn't buy they will take it off the market to avoid the aggravation.
There is also a lot to know about the information required and the process of selling, especially if you have not done this before. Not to mention the challenge of picking the right price.
Brokers are an option, but usually take control of your airplane and can drive the decision process. Many Cardinal sellers would rather stay involved and avoid the high commission.
There is a middle ground! My seller services will guide you through understanding the information you will need, build you an on-line information page and help you post ads in appropriate places. I'll take the initial calls and only bring you the real buyers.
I also have direct access to Cardinal buyers. I have dozens of clients who are very active shoppers and may be searching for exactly what you are selling. I will discuss your Cardinal privately with those sellers and coordinate the purchase process.
In some cases Cardinal sellers have been very specific about the kind of next owner their Cardinal should have. I can be a matchmaker to help you find the right home for your pride and joy.
You will receive guidance on the information and photographs you will need to supply to build an information page in my system for potential buyers to review. When an appropriate buyer is found I will contact you to plan an inspection so you can host the inspection. Support continues through the negotiation and completion of the sale.
The cost to you will be a small commission, lower than that of a traditional broker. You keep the airplane and you make the final decisions with my direct support.
