	This Cardinal has good bones but some cosmetic issues. The paint looks nice (with a few blemishes) and the seats are in good shape. The engine has some time left on the factory overhaul. The radios are old and need maintenance. There are some upgrades like Sky-Tec starter, Plane Power alternator, STEC autopilot with altitude hold and a JPI-700. This Cardinal is reliable and a good platform for upgrades to your taste.

Paint and Interior Painted 2005, good condition. Interior seat covers, side panels replaced 2003, good condition. The seats have always been covered by the sheepskin covers. The carpets were replaced in 2003, but the backing is deteriorating. Several panel overlay plastic parts are included with the airplane. The back seat is currently in the hangar in Georgia while the airplane is visiting Florida.
